EXCELLENT Based on 163 reviews Posted on Melanie H15 November 2025Verified Gordana is beyond compare! When I was searching for tours that included Pont du Gard, I was drawn to “the one in which people uniformly raved about Gordana.” When we arrived at the pickup location and a bubbly, sparking, smiling woman said, “I am Gordana,” I was both thrilled and instantly charmed. As an added treat, Gordana’s daughter Emily accompanied us. She is a bright, energetic and delightful young woman who was along on a “training trip” as she adds new tours to her repertoire in her mom’s highly successful company. Gordana runs her tour with an effective blend of planned narration and solicitation of questions. We asked lots of questions, all of which Gordana was able to answer fully, but even more welcome was her intense interest in learning new things from us. The hours flew by in a relaxing blend of formal guidance and free time to explore on our own. The sites were impressive and memorable, but what we will remember with the most pleasure from this day was our time with Gordana and Emily. Five stars are inadequate. We signed up for a tour; what we got was a lasting memory. Thank you, ladies!Posted on Scott P2 November 2025Verified Beautiful day. Comfortable and knowledgeable, easy pace and all the best sights and tastes on offer. Great stories and histories along the way and some great pointers for the towns themselves, never felt rushed. The weather was still clear and cool, crowds were minimal and we managed to keep in front of the larger ones.Posted on Pengxiao Z2 November 2025Verified A truly unforgettable day! This one-day tour is meticulously designed, with each attraction more captivating than the last, perfectly capturing the essence of Provence. Our tour guide Eric is so gentle and patient. I’ve talked with him all day long.I’ll recommend this trip and my tour guide Eric to all my friends.Posted on Peter G1 November 2025Verified Amazing day in Provence. Our tour was hosted by Eric, who combines knowledge, warmth and calmness with a deep passion for this amazing area. From Fontaine de Vaucluse to Pont du Gard, we really felt the magic of Provence. A very well curated trip, with a superb guide.Posted on Pam V30 October 2025Verified Best day in Provence Spent the day with Eric, it was wonderful. There were some last minute changes which were accommodated without any hassle at all. Thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, the history, the stories and the food. I had some mobility limitations which Eric accounted for and made it as easy as possible. Recommendations for coffee/pastry stop and lunch stop were spot on, excellent food and service both places. Beautiful weather was a bonus. Eric was especially attentive to our interests and I think we saw things that few tourists experience, like the ocre museum. It was a wonderful day and would highly recommend.Posted on Mike Phillips26 October 2025Verified So Happy to Have Taken this Tour It’s the end of the day of my 9H trip in and all around Provence. Just trying to collect my thoughts and sum up how splendid the day has been. But I’ll start with this assertion, and then support it: if you’re wavering in your decision or consideration about taking this tour, you can just stop right now, sign up, and know that you’ll be in the most capable and conscientious hands imaginable. This might wind up sounding like a paid advertisement, it will sound so positive, but I mean every word I say. As you’re being driven around in an impeccably clean and comfortable vehicle, with your individual comfort and contentment among your guide’s obvious concerns, your tour guide and driver will point out and encourage you to enjoy the sights, local lore, Provence’s rich history, and convey you to places of real interest, significance and often, vistas of sweeping grandeur. Had no idea. Came for a tour, wound up getting an education. Emily was our driver and guide, and her background knowledge, explanation skill, language ability (English, for us Anglos in this case) genuine warmth, her excitement to be a part of all this, cannot be overstated. I don’t think I’ve encountered a more genuinely friendly, upbeat and well-versed guide anywhere on the planet, let alone France. Do you have a question of any sort about anywhere you happen to be at the moment on this tour? Emily is a font of knowledge. Everything from Roman history and the backstory of Provence, to the changes wrought by subsequent time, influential figures and events, from architecture to culture, from geography to weather anomalies, authors, artists, botany, if you can name it or ask about it, you’ll likely get a great answer. That goes for food along the way. Heed her suggestions for great places to have lunch, snacks, sometimes specific choices. It’s a full day packed with wholesome, knowledgeable goodness. Thank you Emily for such a special day full of memories I’m sure I keep forever, or, as an older person realistically hedging my brain bets, that I genuinely hope I never forget. I sincerely wish you every happiness and success. Aloha.Posted on BBDi25 October 2025Verified Just wonderful! Perfectly paced and great way to see Provence A perfect day! I was a little hesitant about doing a 9 hour tour, but it was a small and friendly group (8 tourists in total) and our guide Emilie was fabulous. She is kind, funny, knowledgeable, and a great driver, even up those winding little mountain roads. The tour is well-paced so that there are no super-long stretches of driving and you have time to amble through these beautiful little towns. The day was capped off by a trip to the ancient Pont du Gard. I can't believe how many sights we saw in this one day trip, without ever feeling rushed or stressed. It wound up being my favorite day of our trip to France. We chose this tour because we wanted to see as much of Provence as we could and we didn't want to rent a car. It wound up being the perfect tour for us!Posted on Richard Novotney25 October 2025Verified Emile was an excellent tour guide. Emile was an excellent guide, enthusiastic about the places we visited and connected with each traveler in our group. However, your review app software is terrible.Posted on harry16 October 2025Verified Merci Provence and Emily Emily was incredible in her enthusiasm and knowledge of Provence . We saw many amazing villages , had enough time to experience the highlights of this beautiful area .Posted on Mark B14 October 2025Verified Could not be done any better!! Fantastic Tour with Gordona!! She is delightful and a true expert on the Châteauneuf du Pape wines, region, and history of the area. If you have interest in any of those things, you will love this tour. She makes it very comfortable and truly enjoyable. It could not be done any better.
